H2H is centered on a collaborative process, bringing residents, businesses, and government agencies into a meaningful dialogue about the purpose of the project, the solutions we consider, and the ways those solutions might affect our community. At every step of the way, we want to hear from you, the public. Our project team has scientists, engineers, planners, and other technical people, but we’ll be missing half the story without you to tell us about your values and your community. We need your voice in the process. Early and frequent public participation promotes sustainable decisions by recognizing and communicating the needs and interests of all participants.
