Two identical public scoping meetings were held on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at
Mountain View Community Center and will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at Fairview Elementary School.
An open house was hosted from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A presentation was given at 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
